I have personally given my time to charities, the homeless in slough. I never learnt too much about the running of the charity, just to say there are paid people and there are unpaid people, I was of course in the latter category. I gave my time because I wanted to do something.

It was soon after the land fill taxes introduction that I first noticed unsightly dumping grounds in the quiet secluded back roads.

It came as no surprise to me when I read that Carol Thatcher, she of "I'm a celebrity, get me out of here, fame" and also famous for being Margaret Thatcher's superstar daughter, she announced that her mother has dementia. |

The fatal stabbing of Ben Kinsella prompted me to write this piece. Young Ben was the seventeenth victim of a stabbing this year (2008). Whilst listening to the views expressed by people on talksport radio, some comments astounded me. |

What the sun failed to mention is this. Had it not been for the support from "The Sun" proprietor Mr Rupert Murdoch, Margaret Thatcher would never have got away with the sale of British Gas. |

When commentators, or so called experts, professionals and middle class media types comment on other peoples debts they nearly always advise "prioritise your debts" or they suggest that you pay the important bills first and then let everybody else "sing for their money". That is just about right. |

The more the anti smoking campaigners, campaign. The more the message of smoking seeps into our children's head. Just like you would expect to catch dolphins, when you fish for tuna. You catch children when you advertise to adults. |

Am I the only one? I detest charities, every single one of them, I feel they do no good for those that really need them but on the flip side they do very good for those that don't need them, let me explain. Charities are emotional corporations, they have been put in place to pass the guilt onto the innocent, the problems of the world ranging from mass starvation and third world depravity to bullying, they tell us "your money can help". The ill's of the world can't be rectified by money when we all know that money is the root of all evil. |

And now, Finally, I can see myself as a good British citizen, having just found, purchased and read the key stage four, study guide on how to be a good citizen. Much of the information that I gleamed was new to me, although I was born and had been educated in the UK. |

The Idea of joining my European buddies around the Mediterranean seemed like a good idea at the time. but the evil forces that are pushing this agenda forward whilst at the same time not explaining the implications are abusing their authority, A free trade market is fine but a fascism is not. |
